High performance filter medium with a particularly large surface area

Professional technology from the area of industrial waster water treatment, perfected for use in the pond filter. Thus, in the development the Hel-X bio-bodies, particular priority was placed on maximizing the extremely important, protected surface. This is indispensable for maintaining a stable bio-film. The unique Hel-X helical geometry, which additionally offers low flow resistance, makes this possible. In the moving bed process, in particular, useful micro-organisms, are provided with optional ambient conditions for the nitrification process.
