We follow the guidelines provided by the ACCC and Australian Consumer Law that protects you as a consumer in Australia. Below is the terms for refunds and returns.




If you do have a change of mind with your purchase and it is unused and unopened, it does not preclude you from requesting a store credit but please understand we are not obligated to do so and it may not be accepted.

Change of mind returns do not apply to purchases paid with Afterpay Klarna or ZipMoney. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If you receive a product that is broken in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order using our Returns form. After this time we are unable to process claims of transit damage.



If your product becomes faulty, please contact us using our Returns form so that we can provide you with an RMA number. Faulty products will be processed according to Manufacturers terms and conditions in addition to Australian Consumer Law. Australian Consumer Law states retailers have the right to inspect and confirm any reported fault. Faulty products that are handed into the store are tested Monday to Friday during Business Hours. The postage to return the faulty product to us is your responsibility, however if a replacement or repair is being provided, this will be returned to you at our cost.

We endeavour to supply healthy good quality fish.

Should your freshwater fish die within 7 days of purchase simply take a photo of the dead fish and bring in a sample of your water. If there are no issues with your aquarium's water, we will happily replace the fish.

Should there be an issue with your aquarium's water conditions we will help bring your tanks water parameters back in line with the type of fish you keep.
