Installation Method
- Contents of the Turbo Pump Kit include a Turbo Pump, Smart Controller, Power Supply Line, and PVC Piping with necessary outlet and inlet fittings.
- Install the filter cover on the pump inlet and attach the outflow adapter to the pump outlet.
- Connect the 3-pin connector of the controller to the pump.
- Connect the adapter to the controller (DC plug).
- Use the provided O-ring along with the barb fitting to minimize leaks, and tighten the hose by hand only. (Risk of damage: Do not use tools to tighten.)
- When using the pump underwater, ensure the power cord does not get submerged in water. (If the connector gets wet, dry it before use.)
- Connect the pump’s power cable to the controller securely, ensuring no moisture penetrates.
- Connect the controller to the power supply.
- Install the controller and power supply in a place free from heat, water, and moisture. Preferably, install them in a location with good airflow to keep the components cool.
- Double-check all connections.
- Plug the power cord into a power outlet
Controller Usage Instructions
Steady Flow Mode:
When the power is on, the pump starts immediately. When the digital display shows 1-01, press the + and – buttons to determine the flow rate. The maximum value is 20.
Nutrition Transmission Wave Mode:
The FEED button stops the pump for 10/20/30 minutes. This function is useful for feeding or maintenance. The pump will restart automatically after 10/20/30 minutes, or you can manually restart it.
