Nannochloropsis starter culture is harvested earlier as this increases the amount of motile cells. Packed immediately in a sterile environment and shipped at room temperature.
Using our F2 fertilizer we recommend starting your culture with 1 part starter 3 parts clean synthetic sea water. Once you have your first successful culture, we recommend storing a unit in the fridge for back up. Now you have plenty you can experiment and push new boundaries greater than 1 part starter and 12 parts synthetic seawater.
