How do I return an item?

Returns Policy

At The Tech Den we understand that purchases aren’t always right, so returns are no problem. Just email us within 30 days of your order date on: sales@thetechden.com.au to be issued an RMA number (return merchandise authority). Please include your name, the original order number the product was purchased on, the product being returned, the reason for the return, and if you would like an exchange or store credit (postage excluded). Please note that the postage to return the unwanted product back to us is also at your cost.

Returns must be received by us within 30 days from your order date. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the parcel to avoid any delay in processing it.

Products being returned must be in the same condition that you received them. This means that they must be in a saleable condition – unopened, unused and with all parts intact.

Please note that without an RMA number, we are unable to accept the return from you.

If you are exchanging a product due to change of mind, the cost of postage to send the new product back to you, along with any difference in item value, is your responsibility and will need be paid prior to the exchanged product leaving our warehouse.

If you receive a product that is broken in transit, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order on help@thetechden.com.au so that we can arrange for a replacement, store credit or refund including any postage charges paid.

If your product becomes faulty, please contact us on help@thetechden.com.au so that we can provide you with an RMA number. In the email, please copy the details below, making sure you include your name, the original order number the product was purchased on, and a brief description of the issue with the product. Faulty products will be processed according to Manufacturers terms and conditions or Australian Consumer Law. The postage to return the faulty product to us is your responsibility, however if a replacement or repair is being provided, this will be returned to you at our cost.

Please note that refunds are made by the same method of payment as the original purchase was made.
